A superstar with infants. We hired her to care for our infant son during his 4 month sleep regression. He was fussy, wouldn’t sleep, couldn’t be put down. Aaliyah navigated all that and not only got him to stick to his routine, but ALSO to go from 20 min to 40 min naps in his crib. What would have been a month long regression lasted only a week. Aaliyah is skilled far beyond her years. Extremely professional, communicative, and always on time. I plan to hire her in the future.
