I am a 23-year-old British-American student currently enrolled in a master's program for human rights and multiculturalism. I have worked as a tutor in French, assisting students with assignments, exam preparation, and reinforcement of concepts taught in class, as well as a writing mentor through my college's Writing Center. I foster a welcoming environment for individual and group tutoring so students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from them. Additionally, I have a deep understanding of English grammar and a strong grasp of various citation styles (APA, Chicago, MLA) for young people who may need assistance with longer written academic assignments. I have some experience babysitting toddlers and young children, including assisting with household tasks when requested. In 2019, I co-managed extra-curricular programming for 60 students (many with social and behavioral difficulties and learning accommodations) at a residential writing summer camp. I love working with and tutoring young people of all ages! I am happy to provide tutoring/homework help individually or in a small group setting.
