Hi. My name is Mohamed and I am a positive, social guy from Egypt. I have lived in Norway since December 2019 with my Norwegian wife. We recently got the family reunion, meaning I can finally work here. I can’t speak Norwegian very well yet, but I’m going to Norwegian course and improving all the time. I am fluent in English and of course also in Arabic. I have a previous experience with customer service while I was working at shoe shop and a cinema in Egypt. I know the importance of putting the customer in focus, to be available for them and have a positive attitude. In addition to the customer service, I have experience in handling products, how to make it available for the customers, and making sure the place is clean and tidy. I am responsible, and know how to use my eyes to see what needs to be done.
