Child carer for toddlers, italian and english speaking

I am a father of 2 children aged 4 and 6, I mainly look after them since my partner works. I take them to school and do after-school activities, and I cook for everyone. I speak good English and Italian as a mother tongue. I was in the past a helper to a disabled boy in England for almost a year. Sometimes I also look after a child with Down Syndrome that plas with my children.
