Hi there, My name is Pauline, I’m 23 years old, I am originally French, but I lived in Bali, Indonesia for 18 years, and now I have been in Amsterdam for around 6 years. I have been an at home caregiver for 1 year now for someone who is severely chronically ill with ME as a primary diagnosis. My current patient is completely bed-ridden and dependent on care 24/7 to meet his basic needs (food, toilet, medication, etc.) Therefore, I believe I have a good amount of experience in regards to care, especially in being sensitive and attuned to the needs of someone with chronic illness and pain. I also try provide a peaceful, calm and supportive environment as much as possible to provide a sense of safety. I am a good communicator, stress resistant, high EQ, and have strong body awareness/comfortable with touch. I am able to commit to fixed live in/out shifts per week.
