I have 15 years experience of working a daycare. I am a non-smoker and a mother of two children (2yrs and 5yrs) I can suggest routine possibilities but this would always be a continuous consultation we would have ( particularly with young children ) I have a caring and relaxed nature and love the expressions and wonder of little minds. On the fun side I like to do crafts and sensory play a lot with children. As a nanny I would enjoy the freedom to take children on small outings e.g. Farm and playgrounds/park. I would reinforce both books and sensory play activities to correspond with our outings when possible ( farm books>farm animal messy sensory bin>pig messy craft ) Having a fun but somewhat structured approach to our day and learning will help the little minds grow
