We offer Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and One-Time cleanings of your home oroffice. We keep up on the maintenance so you don't have to!
We may come to your home, for the initial visit, to properly evaluate what you are looking for in a housekeeper and what we can offer your home, or discuss with you by phone. Together we will come up with a plan to fit your homes' needs, and your lifestyles' schedule.
We have the cleaning supplies as well as equipment to bring to your home, unless you have your own you wish for us to use.
Every space is unique, and the fees charged for cleaning will vary, depending on square footage of the home, amount of bedrooms, amount of furniture, and level of clutter in the home.
Office/Small Business space cleanings have the same procedures.
Organizing Services
Clean is not all we do! To help people unclutter their homes, we help you tackle those over sized collections and sort through them! We find items that can be donated, given away, organized in a bin system, stored away, or used daily!
This will help open up the home, clear away space, and make more room in your home to accommodate more people or simply to help clear the mind!
This service is often used prior to starting a weekly cleaning service plan, that helps keep the clutter from returning!
Rates are based on individual needs and services but generally follow this outline for Basic Cleaning Services:
1 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Studio): $50
1-2 Bedrooms, 1 baths: $75
2-3 Bedrooms, 1.5 to 2 baths: $100
3-4 Bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 baths: $125
4-5 Bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 baths: $150
4-5 Bedrooms, 3.5 to 4 baths+: $175 and above

Organizing Services
~$35 an hour, $45 with an assistnat. Service may require multiple personal or multiple visits to complete.
