Wow - cleaning to the nth degree:
This is it, the absolute, full head-to-toe-cleaning you dreamed of. I have been lucky enough to have excellent housekeepers for most of our many years ofhome ownership. Now, moving from out of state, to a new home required someone new with a top notch eye for detail and a lot of effort to spruce up our new home...particularly for our first pre-move in clean. I was on the look out for that someone who could really clean from top to bottom, without me having to spell out, and detail everything. I found 'em - ha, they even taught me a delightful thing or two re home upkeep in Arizona!
We will need to do a small amount of construction, and being mindful of budget, and knowing that I'd need to do much of a clean over again in 3 months, I wrestled with my need to have a throughly fresh and sparkling home to move into from the get-go, and waiting until later. In the end, the thought of living, even a short while, in a somewhat musty and tired house, won out. I'm so glad it did.
My husband is willing and very capable of much of this type of work, but not being in the area yet, was willing to have Lazona come in, with the idea that he would "finish up" after them. As it turns out, they left no stone, drain or light fixture or ledge unturned, and so he has absolutely nothing to do. Holy blessed goddess of grime - these guys took care of everything. Everything! My splendid but old cream Ladlows couch from 10 years and 3 homes ago, is once again a main attraction and has a new lease of life, We are both smiling ear to ear.
Maria was professional and upfront from initial contact, punctual, super competent, refreshing, and - just all around amazing to work with. She really made our move happy and relaxed. The detailed reports of before and after, and pictures (tiles to be grouted etc.) and well structured invoice were super helpful.
Lazona Restorative Cleaners are exactly what they say...and then some. Detailed and ultra thorough cleaning aside, Maria was a font of helpful information regarding the cleaning process as a whole, and was extraordinarily professional and friendly, with up-to/date communication via phone, email and text.

I don't even know where to start!
Deep, detailed and extremely thorough, full house cleaning: If it was there and could be moved, it got cleaned, if it was there and didn't move, it got cleaned....including the beautiful polishing of our older style kitchen counters (Note: in addition to their cleaning of our plain floor tiles beautifully, I've seen examples of the floor tile polishing this company specializes in - they are professionally accredited in stonework and I'd definitely recommend you check those out - incredible!).
These are the comprehensive services I asked for:
• Full deep house cleaning - I could serve food in those bathrooms now and live in the closets!
•Landscape and yard cleanup
•Deep carpet cleaning
•Upholstery cleaning (designer couch/cream brushed velour style fabric)
•4 panel silk curtain steaming (clean, but very wrinkled from being crushed in boxes)
•2 days air scrubbing - discernible difference in air quality (house was previously musty from dirt/pets)
•Windows - interior and exterior - perfection!
•Gutter cleaning
•Trash/junk removal
•Anti bacterial/microbial full house spray
•Bathroom and floor grout crack fix and seal
I personally am a fan of an annual spring clean, and having seen the final result for our move-in, I can truly say, this was money very well worth what we spent, and we will happily ask them to return next year.
They came in a timely fashion, set to, and finished in a timely manner - even with my request for additional services (our HOA noted some weeds popping though the front, and Maria requested a copy of the letter, to ensure that, as we were still mostly out of town, everything would be seen to). I was especially thrilled that they were able to help with trash removal that the previous owners thoughtlessly left, but the best thing of all, was the excitement and sense of pride that they exuded in the job.
