Residental clean:
I clean everything from the tip top of your ceiling fan to the corners of baseboards, in every room.
In bedrooms, I will change beddings as instructed.
Appliances/cabinets get an exterior wipe down *
I vacuum all carpets and upholstery, even underneath the couch pillows!
I move allfurniture that can move to clean behind.
I know how to treat hardwood flooring.
All window interiors are wiped and left streak free *
I even clean blinds.
Bathrooms are sanitizes.
Kitchens are wiped down, including all appliances.
I can assist with laundry, wether it be washing, drying, ironing, folding, ect.
All trash liners are replaced and trash cans wiped down if needed
* appliances only receive an exterior wipe down unless instructed to clean interior which will cost extra $.
*windows interior get wiped down, I do not open windows and clean the sill unless instructed.
I will help organize but that will also cost extra.
I work alone so only one person will be in and out of your home at all times. And this way you can help "mold" your exclusive cleaning experience.
I DO NOT WORK FOR HOURLY PAY. Rates are already established by size of home, rooms, & the detail of the clean.
