Our caregivers arewell-screened and undergo continual training. At your request, we will do additional training based on your situation and preferences. We employ our caregivers and pay all employment taxes and professional liability insurances. All are bonded. Our caregivers are our best ambassadors, and they know how we value them. We invite you to ask them about their employment with us.
Hourly Care: Minimum: 4 hours/day and 8 hours/week
Level I is occasional companionship or transportation/errands and assistance with home organizational tasks.
Level II includes more hands-on assistance (shopping for and preparing meals, med reminders, nutrition and hydration monitoring, socialization, exercise, etc.) and safety monitoring (with minimal ambulatory assistance).
Level III has greater involvement and includes personal care (e.g. assistance with ambulation and bathing, toileting, etc.). Most, but not all dementia care is included in this level.

Couples Care: Households with two clients who request or require the same care or variations in care are provided with discounted rates.
Constant Care:
Constant care is for clients who should not be left alone. Shifts are in 12 and 24 hour blocks which provide a discount on hourly rates.
The TEAM approach: We prefer to have at least two alternating caregivers for each household to provide a familiar face and continuity of care. Households with constant care will often have a team of four or more rotating caregivers that work under the direction of a Team Leader caregiver. The Team Leader acts a direct liaison to the supervising registered nurse and to the administrative team at Absolute Companion Care.
Costs: Hourly weekday rates begin at $23.00 per hour. 12 and 24 hour shifts are at a reduced rate. Level of Care determines cost. Weekends carry an increased hourly cost in order to compensate the caregivers.
