Join us on a day off school! This gymnastics, cheer, and dance class allows our participants to work on new skills or enhancing skills they may already have. Activities include skills that incorporate strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. This class focuses on body movement and using gymnastics equipment while having fun with friends!

Children ages 5-8 are invited to learn a basic dance and cheer routine, engage in a gymnastics class, make beaded bracelets with their friends, and do art projects. Gymnasts enter the beginner recreational equipment section of the gym and participate in vault, bars, beam and floor.
