Needs spiffing up. Deep cleaning first time

One story, 2000 square feet house with tile and engineered wood floors. Occupants are 88 and 84 years old.

I'd like a thorough cleaning including scrubbing floors and laundry. I'll probably have regular cleaning every two weeks.

1600 sq ft single person and a non shedding dog! One half of the house is rarely used!
