General cleaning of 850 square foot house with occasional specific items

Mainly need general sweeping and mopping, dusting, change bed linens, cleaning outside porches, running vacuum cleaner,

that once every six months, a deep cleaning would be expected

Looking for interest in a rental quick clean up after each rental. Should not take more than 1 hr of work each day.
