We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain our home and ensure it stays clean and organized. We are a busy family with pets and children, living in a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. This roles ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and be comfortable working with pets and children. Must be trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently. Flexible hours; 1 day per week (with the possibility to go to 2 days a week). Competitive pay based on experience.

We are looking for a great nanny for our baby girl in Bullard. The hours are between when my husband leaves for work in the morning and I get home from night shift (around 5 a.m. to around 8:30 am) on Wednesday mornings most weeks. My little girl will most likely only wake once during that time to eat until I get home. We would eventually like to add a couple Monday mornings a month into that as well. Monday morning would include my 2-year-old son who usually wakes up between 7-7:30 a.m. Additional needs would be occasionally in the evenings for date nights, etc. maybe a couple times a month. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, as we do have a dog however the dog can stay outside during this time, and who is CPR certified.

My 6yo son would like to learn the piano. We have one at our home. And my 3 children (3, 4 and 6) would like to start learning Spanish. Looking for a tutor who can teach them age appropriate basics and help them progress dependent on their levels. Happy to find two individual instructors with the relevant skills to help with both these needs. We're a family of 5 in the East Renton Highlands. Having your own transportation is a must due to where we live. We have a friendly pet dog as well. Happy to pay up to $30 an hour for each instruction. Thank you!

Looking for some help around the house, home school help, projects, errands, watching the kids as needed, help with meals, and support keeping the house tidy. Our exact timing is somewhat flexible, but we are looking for someone fulltime and by available 5 days a week, primarily during 9-5 p.m. or so. About who needs care: My mother is 77 and has advanced dementia and Alzheimers Disease along with Sundowners where she roams at night. My brother (50) lives with her in the home but also works full time at night Fri, Sat and Sun nights 11pm-7 a.m. She functions better than you might think but needs company and a little help with routine activities around the house. She communicates abundantly but is losing her vocabulary so requires some interpreting to understand what she is trying to say. About the care needs: Someone very kind and sweet with a lot of patience. No specialized skills required, just be trustworthy and treat her the way you would want be treated. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Caring for an 8-month-old from 7:00am-4:15 p.m. , getting him outside as much as possible. We have a zoo pass you may use to take him. Helping with light housekeeping (sweeping, dishes, picking up after the 8-month-old, etc.).

Dover home needs a house cleaner. Ideally two days a week, 3-4 hours per day.
