I need someone who can manage a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old while I work. The time required will usually be between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.

The help I need is mostly transportation based and right now the main hours are school pickups on Thursdays and every other Friday at 315p in DC. This is generally a 45 minute commute plus waiting time for the kids to get out of school (two kids, release times are staggered). This could extend to morning drop offs as well and some after pickup care, but right now the afternoons are the biggest challenge.
