I'm looking for a great part-time nanny (afternoon hours) for my 5-year-old daughter from Monday to Thursday. Responsibilities include picking her up from school at 3:30pm, bringing her home, evening snacks, playtime/study, and bedtime.

We are looking for a part-time nanny to join our family. We have two boys who will be 3 and 4. 5. Both attend preschool half days so we are looking for someone to pick them up from school, get them lunch and care for them until we're off work. Hours would be 11:30am-4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday with some flexibility and opportunity for increased hours and the occasional Friday. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year nanny experience and who is willing to play and guide the boys. Other responsibilities include lunch time/snack meal prep, boys' laundry and other light housekeeping but the primary focus is on the boys. Looking for a part time babysitter / nanny for our fun loving 20-month-old daughter. Care would take place at our home in Culver City/Mar Vista - short walking distance to parks and we have a small outdoor space as well but our living area is basically setup as Montessori play area. Occasional lunch prep / cleanup and engaged play are our priorities - looking for someone who has experience with outgoing and adventurous kids. We've noticed some separation anxiety starting, so being upbeat and good at distraction is a must! Can be flexible with scheduling during the week but Friday afternoon is essential. Availability for occasional evenings (date night) is also a plus.

Our home does have parking as well have a driveway. There is public transportation however it is not as feasible to get to our home. She loves hard as she's super playful and is constantly seeking to be petted and hugged. She is nosey and loves looking outside the door. She will also follow you everywhere you go. She is house trained and knows basic commands (sit, lie down, give me paw).
