I'm looking for tutoring and assistance for a friend who has a M. S. degree but who sustained a brain injury in a crash a few years ago and needs help relearning some of the things she used to know how to do, esp with using technology such as her phone and computer, but also with some more general skills such as using the train and bus systems in Roanoke, contacting agencies who might can provide resources, finding an affordable apartment in a safe neighborhood after her divorce, etc.
