My student qualified for expedited retake in math 6 however he took it over and missed it by 2-3 questions. He has made great growth in math this year however, I want to review the items he did not do well on and introduce him to algebra early. As he enters 7th grade, I want to find a tutor that is familiar with math 7 new standards pushed out by VDOE in 2023, and is also able to teach math the new way that is recommended by the school system. So he will not be confused when he is in math class. So basically be able to collaborate with the teacher, by using teacher examples to teach.
