About the job
My children are in middle school so need more of a driver and homework helper than a sitter. They are smart but have trouble with consistency in finishing homework. Their tutor/sitter needs to motivate them to do more than the minimum, so a can-do, self-starter with the ability to deal with a little tween snark is the best fit. We are a busy happy household and I have been too busy with expanding my business to handle everything they need. I am an interior designer and artist and work from home, so some of this will include a little admin/errand type work for me, thus the earlier start time. Ideal job for someone who wants to do a little bit of everything. Someone who makes her/himself indispensable will likely end up with more hours if they want them. I have an extra car which you may use for this work if you don't have your own.
