My 13-year-old daughter needs help staying on task to complete homework. She is very bright but is a perfectionist and has recently stopped turning in homework if she doesn't think it is completely correct. She could use positive confirmation that her work is good enough and help with anything she may get stuck on. This is her first year in ELP (extended learning program) classes - language arts and history - and she does not feel smart enough to stay afloat. We think she is absolutely smart enough but just not organized or confident enough to complete her work.
