About the job
My son is in 4th grade and is full of spirit and excitement. He is coming equipped with an IEP and BIP while attending public school. He will be homeschooled while enrolling in a supplementary program at a Microschool virtually. Current diagnosis is ADHD, and we were waiting for his dyslexia and Occupational Therapy Assessment per the school's time priority. This was not completed, which This along with several other delayed, negligible actions from the school are why I have withdrawn him from public school. I am eager and anxious as to how this endeavor will play out as I feel as lost in navigating this from my own experience. He needs the patience and 1:1 attention to feel capable to focus enough to complete a task. I hope this appeals to do service with a passion to watch motivation grow within those they teach.
