My child is twice-exceptional (Gifted/ADHD) and attends school online . I'm looking for a tutor to come work with him in our home and keep him on track on assignments 2-3x/week for the school year. Scheduling would be flexible, but probably 2-3 hours 2-3x/week. A is very bright and generally successful in school, but like a lot of ADHD boys struggles with not doing just the minimum and with rushing. He also has some anxiety around school, but is generally a kind, articulate, and respectful kiddo. He will connect best with a teacher who is kind, fun, and has high expectations for him! This would be a great fit for a college student studying education, former teacher, etc. Certification is certainly not required, but great if you do have it.
