We're seeking an experienced school aide to support our gifted fourth-grade son with autism and dysgraphia. Responsibilities include assisting with focus, organization, and classroom transitions while fostering independence and engagement. Ideal candidates have experience with ASD, knowledge of dysgraphia, strong communication skills, and preferably ABA/RBT certification (not required).
