I have a 12-year-old daughter that has really been struggling with the actual school setting and getting along with the other kids. She loves school, wants so much to be in school and listens to her teachers but just struggles with the school setting. We have tried home schooling a few times and I think she does well she just lacks self discipline on getting her work done everyday and always ends up missing the structure and schedule of school. She's is very coachable and loves school just needs some help as subjects are getting harder and I think the one on one would be so much better for her in the way that she learns. In school she wants to ask questions to better understand the subject being discussed but is afraid the kids will make fun of her. Everyday is just a struggle and the school is no help. This is our last option.
