Homeschool Help

Homeschool help 2-3 days a week for a couple hours a day. I have a 13 yr old daughter and 10 yr old son. They have always been homeschooled and have a curriculum in place. My husband and I work from home but I wonder if having outside help would help us with accountability and consistency. They both have dyslexia and need extra encouragement and support in spelling and reading and math. We are laid back overall and I prefer a classical model as opposed to worksheets and textbooks. I'm looking for someone warm and inspiring who can see the genius in each child and is excited about learning.
