My daughter is in the 7th grade in a local public online school. In the fourth and fifth grades she attended a public charter school which specializes in helping kids with dyslexia and other special education needs. She also struggles with school-related anxiety to the point that she has fallen behind in her schoolwork. She would probably benefit from some help with planning and structuring her time so they she does not get completely overwhelmed with her work.
