Looking For A English, Math Tutor In Reading.

My daughter H. needs a significant amount of help in math. She just started 3rd grade this year and is already failing math and reading. Her math skills are probably on a 1st grade level. I've tried to help her and I just don't know how. She also needs help with her vocabulary.
