Looking for a very patient yet firm, in-person tutor to work with and mentor an autistic 7th grader. Science is the subject that is the biggest struggle, but writing/English is also difficult. Math is hard, but generally okay. He is in a regular classroom but has an IEP. He needs someone who can relate to him before telling him what to do, with lots of compassion and understanding of autism and the resistance that comes with it.
