6th grade language arts is the subject of focus. Most immediately, area of improvement is drawing inferences from readings. Beyond that, it's getting to, and maintaining, a 7th grade readiness through the summer and into the beginning of the 7th grade academic year. If 7th grade continues to challenge our student, then we could extend (beyond September) the tutoring services to the new level of challenges faced at that time.
