Experienced Tutor Needed For 12 Year With Reading Disability.

I'm in need of an English/reading tutor to help study with and tutor my 12-year-old son. My son is behind academically, struggles with reading, and basic vocabulary, and borderline on the spectrum. He has an IEP as well. He needs very detailed instructions and is also very shy about asking for help or admitting he doesn't know something. I am looking for someone who has experience working with kiddos like my son. Someone who can come in with a set plan. Hoping to meet 2-3 days a week after school (can be flexible on time) at our local library!
