Needed: Multisubject Tutor W/ Strong Motivation And Organizational Skills - 14yr Old Boy @ HS

1. 5 - 3 hr/wk Flexible to do session(s) M-R between 4 and 6. Student had strong 8th grade year, but for 9th grade will need to do better. He often does the minimum required. Looking for a tutor who can build relationship, motivate, and impart strong planning and organization systems (pen/paper). REQUIRED SKILLS: * Organization: Work w/ student to develop a written plan to be fully ready for assignments and exams. * Motivation: Push him to reach his full academic potential. * Hold to a Higher Standard: Get student to expect more than minimum & ensure he pushes beyond his comfort zone. * Composition & Essays: Coach on writing assignments, including structuring essays and improving writing skills. PREFERRED SKILLS: * Math and Science Proficiency * College Prep: testing/admissions NICE TO HAVE: Spanish
