Brooklyn family is seeking a Mandarin Chinese teacher for their 2. 5-year-old toddler. This would be once a week for 1. 5 hours, either on Mondays or Fridays any time between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. We are based in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Our toddler is curious and sweet and have a little exposure to the language. Parents will be in the house at the time of lesson, but may not necessarily be in the same room so that the teacher can develop a relationship with the child. Ideal candidates would have at least 3 years of experience teaching and interacting with young children in a Pre-K or daycare environment. Looking for someone to fill this role for at least 6 months, with potential for extension if there is interest.
