Part Time Tutoring For Active 9 Year

We are looking for a positive behavior tutor that can treat challenging behaviors such as defiance aggression. Need to have social and emotional language as well as cognitive skills to push positive behavior. The tutor needs to have the patience ability to improve the student's attention, reduce hyperactivity and regulate mood swings and behavior. The student is struggling with reading. The student pays attention, however, is hard to stay on task and takes a little bit of extra effort which can be tiring. Shorter assignments might help, however when the student learns and understands a subject, he would like to move on as quickly as possible and hates going back to repeat the assignment. The main focus for the student will be reading and making sure that he stays attentive to the task and understanding that it needs to be finished in order to move on. Very hands on In person Yes
