A Waxhaw family is seeking a part-time tutor for English, Reading Comprehension, Math, and Science. Our son going into 11th grade, and is going to be going into his 3rd year of using this faith-based curriculum, Classical Conversions. We need a tutor who can meet with him one-on-one twice a week at our home. The curriculum is structured weekly, and your main role would be to help prepare him for his co-op on Fridays. This curriculum follows a traditional learning approach, distinctly different from Common Core concepts. This traditional version is more concise and clear, making it easier for potential tutors to understand the requirements and responsibilities.
