I am 75 yo. I retired 3+ yrs ago from Washington University Transportation Dept with a basic understanding of my laptop, phone and printer. But, Illness and lack of consistent help when I need it has caused many problem issues for me. I could get that help form staff w a phone call. I need to reset up an office at home that I used many yrs ago. etc...
