B is 9. 5 years old with an ADHD diagnosis. This year we made the switch from a private Waldorf school with a focus on life skills, music, art, nature, etc., to a public school with a focus on academics. B's old school pointed out his struggles which lead us to get an evaluation, but they did very little to support him, so he's behind in math by two years, according to the NWEA test he took last week. I work in the evenings, so he'll be at home with my mom.
