My son is 10 and developmental delayed. He has the mental capacity of a 6-year-old and has problems reading and writing. He also has gross motor issues. He has been special education since Kindergarten. I have a special education degree, but have been unable to help him. Previously in tutorial center but had to leave due to transportation issues. It doesn't have to be in home, it can be at a secondary location, but want one on one tutoring.
