The Senior Technicians will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to an individual with autism. This position requires a compassionate professional who is skilled in behavior management, data collection, and implementing educational programming. The Senior Technicians will work closely with the client to develop and implement programming outlined in the student's IEP, ensuring their needs are met in a supportive environment. This program will be dynamic and experiential, beginning the session at a "home base" and spending the bulk of the session in the community. Staffing for the student is 2:1.
