Boston family needs a committed, long-term, part-time tutor for English/ELA for 10-year-old son in 5th grade who loves to read but isn't a fan of writing. He's a respectful kid, does well in school, reads at least 3 books a week, but isn't a fan of writing. He has received a city-wide award for his poetry but he isn't always motivated to go beyond the minimum in his writing. The family would like a tutor to motivate him and work with him on his writing. The family does not hover or interfere with tutoring. The family fully respects and supports tutors.
