My daughter has level 2 autism and she has learning delay and speech delay( she stutters) she can read but its difficult for her, we are working on blending sounds. She can learn it just takes longer for her to get it. She's technically in 3rd grade but she reads more so on a second grade level and she struggles with learning in general
