Looking For A English, Math Tutor In Bossier City.

My partner and I received custody of his children right before this school semester started and the caretakers they had before never put our 7-year-old in any school, so she can't really recognize letters and numbers very well and she has no concept of mathematics either. I have tried with her, her father has tried and we cannot get her to focus or be able to do any of her work because there are 3 other children in the home including a baby so its very difficult to give her the one on one time to help.
