We have an 8th grader with ADHD and social anxiety. We may be pulling them out of in-person school in favor of online, but my child does not do well with motivating themselves to finish work and I'm wondering about having someone meet with them a couple times a week to sit with them while they work or help them get started. Having parents try to manage their work just causes stress for all of us.
