She has some comprehension and focus issues in language arts. She also has some executive function issues in tackling longer word passages and questions, such as using annotation, reading, re-reading, remembering what she has read, returning to the text, etc. She is close to passing ILEARN but not proficient yet. She could use some strategies to help her find the correct answer on comprehension passages. I am a teacher, but sometimes it is more beneficial for another adult to work with her.
