Student has a variety of medical issues that have impacted academics. Also has ADHD and some anxiety that makes information retention difficult. Needs help with study skills, organization, and retention of information. He has no current tutor. His schedule constantly varies with doctor appointments and school activities. A flexible schedule would be helpful.
