My son D is struggling in Algebra. He works hard and I think may need help drilling the steps that help him get to the answer. He's a sensitive kid, so I'm hoping to find someone who can connect with him and be very encouraging when he does get the right answer. He thrives on encouragement which I don't feel he's getting a lot of in class.
