Long-term Experienced Tutor For A Curious 3rd Grader

Hello there! We are looking for an experienced teacher to work with our 3rd grade son 2-3 times a week. Ideally we are looking for a long term relationship with someone who has formal experience working with elementary school children, particularly with stubborn readers and writers. We'd also like someone who can work with our son as he aspires to get ahead in math. We live in a challenging school district and are hoping to work with a tutor that can develop a plan to not only get back on track but unlock a greater love of learning in our naturally curious child. Our son is a 3rd grader who is quite bright but seems to be falling behind particularly in reading, writing and spelling. It's impacting his confidence in general and his performance in other subjects. He becomes a more eager learner when he connects with the right person. We prefer in person tutoring at home but would be open to drive for the right person. Our home is accessible by car with plenty of parking.
