My son is in 3rd grade and needs a lot of help getting up to a 3rd grade level for reading and writing. He is having a hard time with motivation to overcome daily hurdles, so we need someone with a lot of patience, perseverance and positive attitude. Experience with early childhood education is a must! Experience with ADHD would also be helpful. He's a great, silly, joyful kid but is struggling to keep up.
