My freshman is struggling with algebra and is barely passing. She doesn't care for our (her parents') attempts at tutoring (understandably, as we often need to re-teach ourselves first, and it's time consuming for both parties), but she would benefit mightily from in-person support from someone who knows the subject well enough to find a method of instruction that clicks with her. We have two ridiculous dogs, Timber and Drogo. We can put them outside, but our house may still not be hospitable for someone who is allergic. Hours and pay are flexible, depending on your experience and what kind of time commitment you think is necessary, but we're thinking two hours a week to start. Looking forward to hearing from you!
