Looking for a tutor for 6 yr old. Diagnosed w/ ADHD. Missed out learning basics from pre-k and half of kindergarten because of not being diagnosed. We need help for him to catch up to his first grade studies. Need him taught in creative ways to keep attention and increase retention of sight words. Needs help being comfortable with alphabet, writing letters, numbers, basic math. He does know a lot. He's just not confident in it, and it's affecting his 1st grade work. Sight word retention will be a huge part of this. More info about this during phone interview. Pay rate is dependent upon experience/prefer applicants experienced in academically working with ADHD children. We have personally been unsuccessful in helping him With his academics which is why we need someone experienced.
