Tampa family needs a part-time tutor for Math. My son is 9 (almost 10) and is having a hard time with fourth grade math. He is not willing to sit and work with us (his parents) on a frequent basis and we are looking for someone who he will work with, complete his homework with some guidance, and who can help fill in the gaps where he is missing. He seems to be having a real hard time with understanding concepts like place values and following multi step instructions.
